The minimum purchase amount required for delivery is ₦15,000.
How does the delivery process work?
- After placing your order, a Rananso Foods associate will call you to confirm and agree on an approximate delivery time frame.
- Just before your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a notification and be asked to approve the dispatch.
- Your order will be delivered to your address within the agreed-upon window.
What is the delivery timeframe?
- Most deliveries are completed within 2 days of order confirmation.
- Some orders qualify for same-day delivery, depending on product availability and timing.
Which days do you deliver?
- We deliver from Monday to Saturday.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays.
What are your delivery fees?
- 0 - 15kg: ₦5,000
- 15+ - 20kg: ₦10,000
- 20+ - 25kg: ₦15,000
- 25+ - 35kg: ₦20,000
- 35+ kg: ₦25,000
- Mainland orders: Add ₦2,000
- Orders over ₦80,000: FREE DELIVERY
Can the delivery fee change?
- Yes. Please note that delivery fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.
- The final delivery fee for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Do you deliver prepared foods as well as groceries?
Yes, our delivery service covers both grocery items and freshly prepared foods.
What should I do if I have questions about my delivery?
If you have any queries or require assistance, please contact our customer service team. We're here to help ensure your order arrives smoothly and on time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive updates via SMS or phone call regarding the status and estimated delivery time. Your account on the Rananso Foods website should also have the status of every order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
Modifications or cancellations are possible until the order is confirmed. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, please notify us promptly to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply if a re-delivery is required.
Are there areas you do not deliver to?
Our delivery coverage is limited to some areas within Lagos State. You will be notified during checkout if your address falls outside our delivery zones.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept bank transfers and mobile transfers. You can also pay from your rAna Wallet and/ or any available nTanTah Credits remaining on your account.
- We do not accept payment on delivery. All payments must be completed before your order can be confirmed.
How are perishable and hot foods handled during delivery?
All perishable groceries and prepared foods are carefully packaged and delivered promptly to maintain freshness and quality.
