What is the rAna-Wallet?

The rAna-Wallet is a service provided by Rananso Foods that allows customers to store funds and use them for purchases directly on the Rananso Foods platform.

How can I use the e-Wallet?

The rAna wallet can be used to purchase on the Rananso Foods platform. You can also use it as part of a split payment during checkout, combining it with other payment methods. Additionally, processed returns paid through the wallet or bank transfer are credited here. The funds can be transferred back to your bank account upon request.

Before transferring funds to your rAna-Wallet, obtain a transfer code from your Rananso Foods account. This code, which consists of 13 random characters, should be entered in the Narration or Remarks field when making a bank transfer. Using the transfer code helps us quickly identify and process your transfer.

Does the rAna-Wallet yield any interest?

No, your rAna-Wallet does not yield any interest on the balance stored.

Using your rAna-Wallet

How do I add funds to my rAna-Wallet?

You can add funds to your rAna-Wallet by transferring money from your bank account or using other payment methods on our platform.

Can I transfer rAna-Wallet funds back to my bank account?

You can request to transfer your rAna-Wallet balance or any portion back to your bank account anytime.

Are there any fees for transferring funds to and from the e-Wallet?

There are no fees for transferring funds to and from the e-Wallet other than what your bank may charge you for such transactions.

No, the rAna-Wallet funds can only be used for purchases on our Rananso Foods store platform.
