How our Refer-a-Friend Program works

Sign in to your dashboard, and share either of the two unique referral links with a friend. Feel free to share with as many friends as you like.

Your friend signs up using your unique link and receives a ₦10,000/₦5,000 coupon which can be applied to the initial purchase that meets the minimum requirement.

Once your friend's purchase is cleared, your nTanTah Rewards account gets credited with the ₦10,000/₦5,000 offer payment.

The Refer-a-Friend allows our loyal customers to earn rewards by referring friends and family to shop at the Rananso Foods store. When your referred friend signs up and makes a purchase, you and your friend will receive a reward.

There are two reward paths with different, unique referral links.

  1. You receive ₦10,000; your referred friend also gets ₦10,000. The minimum initial purchase amount is ₦80,000
  2. You receive ₦5,000; your referred friend also gets ₦5,000. The minimum initial purchase amount is ₦50,000.

To refer a friend, share your unique referral link with them. Your link can be found in your account under the "Referrals" section. You can share this link via email, social media, or any other convenient method.

For every friend you refer who signs up and makes a purchase that meets the minimum requirement, you will earn Rananso Foods' nTanTan Reward Credits.

When your friend signs up and makes their first purchase that meets the minimum required amount using your referral link, they can apply the referral ₦10,000/₦5,000 coupon they receive when they sign up.

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you can earn!

Once your referred friend makes a successful purchase, your reward will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours.

Yes. Your referral rewards are converted to nTanTan Reward Credits that can be applied to purchases without distinction.

Yes, the Refer-a-Friend is open to customers worldwide. However, please note that rewards and offers may vary depending on location.

The ability to combine referral rewards with other promotions may vary depending on the terms and conditions of each offer. Please check the details of each promotion for specific information. Generally, coupons cannot be combined, but the referral rewards, once converted to credits, are indistinguishable from other credits. You can combine coupons and credits to make payments.

You can opt out of the Refer-a-Friend Program by not referring more friends.

*Referral Credit: The referrer will receive the Rewards Credit specified in the referral offer for each new customer referred. The referred (Qualified Referral) must sign up using their unique link and place their first order, without applying any other promotion code. The order must be settled before credit is applied to the referrer's account.

Referred Offer: The referred reward will be issued as a coupon redeemable during their first purchase, as specified in the Offer. The order must total or exceed the minimum amount specified in the Offer before any delivery fees. This offer expires one year after the referred person signs up for the Rananso Foods account. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion code.

Limit: one per customer/household.

General Terms: All standard customer terms and conditions apply. Rananso Foods reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Offer at any time, including but not limited to the referral credit amount and eligibility criteria, at its sole and absolute discretion.

Non-transferability: The Offer is nontransferable.

Usage Restrictions: Referral invites with codes are intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. You may share your invite link via social media if you are the content owner. Sharing on public sites and platforms where you are a contributor but not the content owner is prohibited. Sharing your referral code on Search Engine Marketing programs such as Google AdWords/Yahoo/Bing is also prohibited. This offer is void where restricted by applicable law.

Rights Reserved: Rananso Foods reserves all rights, including the right to terminate accounts for prohibited uses.

Referral Credits will be added to your nTanTah Rewards Credit, provided your referred friends are Qualified Referrals according to these Refer-a-Friend Terms & Conditions. A referred person will not be a Qualified Referral if they cancel, return, or if their purchase is found to be fraudulent, foul, unethical, doubtful, or otherwise incompatible with these Refer-a-Friend Terms & Conditions.
